      Set-up for Hammond Area- Jean Shepherd Center

      March 24th-   Friday Night       5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

      March 25th -  Saturday             8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

           Volunteer Position and Description

​

    Set-Up - Friday evening- organizing shoes, 

    jewelry, accessories, and arranging dresses onto the 

    correct size rack.  10 volunteers needed

​

    Check-In -  registering girls to enter the Boutique

     (2) volunteers 

           

    Personal Shoppers- this is a very important position- this

    person(s) must like to shop, is patient, and likes to work

    with teenagers, you will act as a mentor in the short time

    you will be working with the girls to select their attire for

    prom.  

                10 volunteers- 5 - morning, 5-afternoon Hammond

                

   Shoes- this person(s) will assist the personal shopper 

   in selecting the shoes for the girls and restock the

   table.    4 volunteers - 2 morning, 2- afternoon 

      

   Jewelry - this person(s) will assist the personal shopper in

   selecting jewelry for the girls and restock the table.

    4 volunteers- 2- morning, 2- afternoon

   Dress Organizers - this person(s) will re-rack dresses that

   are not selected, place back neatly on the correct rack.

   6 volunteers- 3- morning, 3- afternoon

​

   Check-Out - this person(s) will steam and bag dresses,

   jewelry and accessories, and retrieve their registration

  forms.

​

   Tear Down- restock all items and help to prepare for transport. 

   10-15 volunteers
